Lara is a natural Northerner and formally trained Stage & Screen actor, accustomed to performing complex and challenging characters, from classical texts through to modern day.
BIO
Alongside a personal love for comedy and character acting, on screen Lara often portrays modern, multi-layered characters tackling complex topics such as mental heath, suicide and feminist issues. On stage, Lara’s has performed classic works by Tennessee Williams, Shakespeare, Ibsen and Chekov.
After graduating from the now legendary Poor School in 2017, Lara hit the ground running, receiving fantastic Critic reviews for her performance in Independent Short ‘Puzzle’ (2018) and portraying powerful Lead Roles in a variety of projects.
In addition to her excellent Theatrical training, Lara is quickly establishing herself as a Screen Actor. Her Manchunian accent, horse riding, archery skills and strong period look make for a striking and unique combination.
Lara is based in London UK, available residence in Manchester if required.
